Ramsay Automation Systems (RAS) has been providing automation solutions for over twelve years. We provide control solutions from single PLC and HMI through to multi-axis motion systems. We specialise in Mitsubishi Electric Servo and motion, and SCADA systems. We have strong and established working relationships with our system partners, enabling us to operate in a range of vertical industries. Robotic & Vision Systems
From repetitive single robot operations through to coordinated multi-robot installations utilising vision for quality control and precision, RAS can provide solutions. We have real-world experience of developing robot end-effectors helping throughput and increased productivity.
Whether you are using SCARA or articulated robots we can integrate a variety of mechanical hardware and external peripherals such as conveyors, vibration feeders and vision systems. Our ability to integrate robot and PLC systems gives our customers greater flexibility and control.

Using Telemetry devices we can gather data from a single unit through to a number of devices spread over a wider area for storage in a relational database. Data from a variety of sources can be processed to provide reporting from a single page PDF through to web-based multi-page graphical solutions.
Software Solutions
We have a history of providing bespoke software solutions for automation customers using languages such as C#, VBA, Java and more general scripting. SCADA assistance from "get going" services, through to the design and implementation of multi-PLC systems with full reporting and 3rd party system import/export can be provided.
